Reform Wellness Studio was never meant to be just another Pilates studio. It was born from a deeper intention: to create a space where people could pause, reconnect, and return to themselves.

Kasey is just wonderful and introduced me to my new found love of Pilates! She knows exactly how and when to push you and her classes are consistently challenging and considered with attention given to areas of concern. She’ll happily suggest alternative moves to cater for all abilities and I always leave feeling super energised and have really noticed the change in my body since joining her. We are so lucky to have her here - I really cannot sing her praises high enough!!

MEET THE FOUNDER
Hi, I’m Kasey!
a certified movement practitioner with over 10 years of international experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with their bodies. I believe movement is essential not only for physical health, but for our mental and emotional well-being too.
With a background in dance and a personal journey managing scoliosis, I discovered Pilates as a way to support both performance and postural health. It quickly became the foundation of how I move and teach. I use Pilates as a scaffold — a system that can support and enhance all kinds of movement, from strength training and running to cycling, golf, and everyday life.
My sessions focus on the whole body. I work with a block system that blends breath, mobility, stretch, and strength to help you build stability, improve function, and feel more at home in your body. I want movement to feel accessible, sustainable, and empowering — not something that adds pressure, but something that supports your life.
I work with a wide range of clients, from those managing chronic pain and postural issues to those looking to improve performance or simply feel better. I also continue to expand my own knowledge through ongoing education and mentorship.
I’m currently based on the Isle of Man and offer both private and group sessions. If you're ready to move smarter, feel stronger, and reconnect with your body — I’d love to work with you.
