Nestled in the heart of Douglas, Reform Wellness Studio offers a serene escape from the everyday. Our space is designed to nurture calm, clarity, and connection—where natural elements seamlessly blend with mindful movement.

Reform is divided into two distinct areas:

  • Private Studio: A dedicated space for 1:1 and 1:2 sessions. Equipped with professional-grade Reformers, Pilates props, and functional weights, it’s designed to support personalised movement and focused attention.

  • Group Studio: A minimalist back room tailored for group classes in both mat and Reformer Pilates. Clean lines and neutral tones create a peaceful, distraction-free environment that encourages presence and flow. Large, curved mirrors amplify natural light, filling the space with a bright, open energy.

For your comfort and convenience, the studio also offers toilets and changing facilities.

Every detail of Reform is intentionally crafted to support your wellness journey—whether you're here to move, reset, strengthen, or simply reconnect with yourself.

The SERVICES

1:1 Movement Coaching

Think of it like seeing a personal trainer for your postural muscles.

  • These bespoke, one-on-one sessions are built entirely around you — your movement patterns, your goals, and any limitations you’re currently facing. Whether you’re recovering from injury, experiencing joint pain, struggling with stiffness, or simply want to move better and feel stronger — I help you build a more functional and resilient body through guided movement.

  • I’m a movement coach, not a medical professional. I don’t diagnose or treat injuries or conditions. If I feel that a different type of specialist — a physio, osteopath, or other health professional — would better support your needs, I’ll always be honest and refer you to someone more suitable.

    My work is focused on how you move, not on “fixing” you. I guide you to understand your own body better, improve how your joints function, and build habits that help you stay pain-free and mobile long-term.

    • Bespoke Sessions: Every session is built around your current condition, goals, and needs — no generic plans.

    • Better Movement: Improve posture, joint function, balance, and flexibility so your body moves more efficiently and safely.

    • Injury Prevention: Address the imbalances and habits that increase your risk of pain or injury.

    • Support & Accountability: I’ll guide, support, and challenge you — but you’re always the one in control of your progress.

    • Sustainable Results: Just like brushing your teeth daily keeps your gums healthy, regular movement keeps your body resilient.

  • This work isn’t just about getting you out of pain — it’s about:

    • Rebuilding your capacity to move confidently and freely,

    • And sustaining that freedom with a long-term movement routine.

    Our modern lives often restrict the body’s natural ability to move well. My job is to help you reclaim that — to find more ease, strength, and confidence in how your body supports you, every day.

Our Group Classes

At Reform Wellness Studio, we offer a variety of group classes designed to meet you where you are in your wellness journey. From foundational movement to high-energy sculpting, each class combines mindful movement, strength, and balance to leave you feeling stronger, more centered, and fully engaged in your body.

  • Re-align, Re-focus, Re-build.

    This class is your go-to for checking in with your body, honing your posture, and laying down a solid foundation of strength and stability. Grounded in traditional Pilates methodology, you'll focus on alignment drills, mobility work, and core strength. It's the perfect complement to any other movement practice!

    Please note: This class is not recommended for those with injuries, as the movements are more challenging and require a solid foundation of body awareness and strength.

  • Full-body, Low-Impact, High Energy.

    Get ready for the Pilates burn! Pilates Sculpt delivers a dynamic, low-impact workout that targets and tones every muscle group. Using small Pilates props, this class focuses on building strength, stability, and endurance with high-intensity movements.

    Please note: Not recommended for beginners or those with injuries, as it requires a solid level of strength and stability to perform the movements safely and effectively.

  • Challenge Your Strength.

    Group Reformer classes are designed for those with a basic understanding of Pilates who are ready to take their practice to the next level. The Reformer is a specialized piece of equipment that enhances traditional Pilates exercises using a system of springs, pulleys, and straps. This allows for a full range of motion while targeting specific muscle groups for a challenging yet controlled workout.

    Please note: This class is ideal for those with a foundation in Pilates, as it provides a more intense and dynamic workout.

  • Embrace the Burn.

    Pilates Sculpt on the Reformer is a full-body, low-impact workout that will challenge your strength, control, and endurance. Combining flowing movements with isolated muscle holds, this class uses the Reformer’s resistance to tone and shape every major muscle group with precision.

    Please note: Not recommended for beginners or those with injuries due to the intense, strength-based focus.

Group Studio Room – Studio Hire

Welcome to our beautifully minimalist Group Studio Room, thoughtfully designed to inspire focus, calm, and creativity.

With clean lines and neutral tones, this space offers a peaceful, distraction-free environment—ideal for group classes and workshops.

Features include:

  • Premium Sonos sound system

  • Large arched mirrors to enhance natural light and space

  • Private changing room and toilet facilities

  • Air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort

Whether you're leading a Pilates classyoga session, or creative workshop, the Group Studio Room provides a bright, open space to support your practice.

Studio hire: £35 per hour

Please note: the studio is used for regular classes and may already be booked during certain times. We’ll confirm availability upon receiving your request.

  • I agree to use the services of "REFORM WELLNESS STUDIO" to receive physical training through in-person sessions, held both indoors and outdoors.

    Acknowledgment of Risk & Responsibility

    I acknowledge and agree to the following:

    1. I understand that all instructors at REFORM WELLNESS STUDIO are here to serve me by sharing their knowledge of various exercise modalities. I recognise that physical exercise involves exertion, which may be strenuous and carries a risk of physical injury. I am fully aware of these risks and hazards.

    2. By participating in any of these activities, I confirm that, to the best of my knowledge, I am physically fit and able to do so.

    3. I understand that I have the right to choose which exercises I perform or do not perform and that I may withdraw from any activity at any time.

    4. I accept all risks and assume full personal responsibility for any injury, loss, or damages I may incur.

    5. It is my responsibility to ensure that there is no medical reason preventing my participation.

    6. I waive any current or future claims against the instructors of REFORM WELLNESS STUDIO or anyone associated with the studio for injuries or damages sustained as a result of my participation.

    7. When participating from home, I accept full responsibility for my space and all necessary safety precautions within it.

    8. I acknowledge that REFORM WELLNESS STUDIO accepts no liability for injuries sustained during sessions conducted outside the studio environment.

    9. If I am pregnant, I understand that I participate entirely at my own risk and that of my unborn child/children.

    Payment/ Cancellation & Refund Policy

    • All classes must be paid for prior to the scheduled class date to ensure your place.

    • Clients must provide at least 24 hours to cancel or reschedule a session.

    • Cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond one's control shall be deemed excusable.

    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full.

    • Cancellations earlier than 24 hours will receive a full credit towards a future class based on availability and same session cost

    • No-shows are non-refundable and will be considered as a completed session.

    Privacy & Data Protection

    REFORM WELLNESS STUDIO is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information provided (including health details and contact information) is kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of providing safe and appropriate wellness services. We comply with all applicable data protection laws.

    By booking a class below, I affirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the full contents of this waiver and terms & conditions.

    I acknowledge the inherent risks involved in Pilates and yoga classes and accept full responsibility for my participation and well-being.
